Get your long rides back.
A thicker gel seat was never the answer — your weight is landing in the wrong place.
- Your weight lands on your sit bones — not soft tissue
- The center channel takes pressure off the nerve
- Fits any standard-rail bike — 5-minute swap

Why softer saddles keep failing you
It isn't the brand. It's physics. The softer the padding, the deeper your sit bones sink into it — until the soft tissue between them is what's holding you up.
- 01 You sit downTwo bones at the base of your pelvis — the ones you feel on a hard chair — are built to carry your weight.
- 02 Your sit bones sink through the paddingThe softer the foam, the further they travel. On a thick gel saddle they bottom out within minutes.
- 03 The saddle rises into the middleOnce your bones are through, the padding presses up against the soft tissue between them — where the pudendal nerve runs. That's the numbness.
Solace 3.0 vs. the saddle you already tried
Most riders in this spot have owned all three. Here is what actually changes between them.

A professional bike fitting runs $150–$400 and starts by fixing what you sit on. This is that part of it, bolted on in five minutes.
Pick your fitA new saddle fixes half of it. This fixes the rest.
Any honest bike fitter will tell you a saddle swap alone rarely solves it — the setup matters just as much. So we're not only selling you the saddle. The card below is in the box.
- 01 Height Set it so your knee stays slightly bent at the bottom of the pedal stroke — not locked straight. Wrong if your hips rock side to side while you pedal. The saddle is too high.
- 02 Tilt Level, or nose down by one or two degrees. Put a phone on the saddle to check it. Wrong if the nose points up. This is the most common cause of numbness — and most riders never look.
- 03 Fore / aft Slide it so your forward knee sits over the pedal axle when the cranks are level. Wrong if you keep sliding forward onto the nose during a ride. It is set too far back.
Everything above is on the card in the box, with the 4 mm allen key taped to it. Ten minutes in the garage, once. You will not need it again.
